Privacy Policy
How Protokolka handles your data — in short: the generator processes everything in your browser and sends us nothing.
Who operates this site
Protokolka is operated by Robert Dominguez. For any question about privacy or your data, write to robert.dominguez.forms@gmail.com.
Data you enter in the generator
The handover-protocol generator runs entirely in your browser. Everything you type — the parties, the property, meter readings, keys, rooms and inventory — stays on your device. It is never sent to our servers and we have no access to it. The finished PDF is created locally in your browser and downloaded by you.
Because we never receive this data, we also cannot store, share or recover it. Please keep your downloaded PDF safe.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not build profiles or measure your behaviour.
Server logs and hosting
Like any website, when you open a page our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a safe, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are not linked to the content you enter in the generator.
Links to third parties
The site links to Google Play and the App Store so you can install the Protokolka app. Once you follow such a link, the privacy terms of that provider apply. This policy covers only this website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability regarding personal data we process. As the generator sends us none of your form data, such requests mainly concern any message you send us directly. To exercise your rights, contact robert.dominguez.forms@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The current version always applies and is dated below.
